Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Assistant at our Dahod location. The Purchase Assistant will handle procurement tasks, including creating and managing purchase orders, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting the purchasing processes. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services, and assisting with inventory and pricing management to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Procurement
• Experience in Purchasing and supplier engagement
• Effective Communication skills for vendor coordination and internal collaboration
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in inventory management and data recording
• Proficiency in relevant procurement and inventory management software is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Dahod
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
