Job Description

  • Understand project requirements related to tools, consumables, and materials.
  • Receive material requisitions from the Project Department and verify stock availability with Stores.
  • Create consumable material entries in the ERP system.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with Stores for receipt and verification of materials.
  • Identify and develop new vendors for consumables and engineering materials.
  • Monitor procurement processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Enter bills into the ERP system and forward approved bills to the Accounts Department for payment
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper procurement documentation.
