Three D Integrated Solutions Limited is a Gurugram-based electromechanical airport infrastructure and technology company, certified to ISO 9001, AS9100 and TRACE standards. We are expanding our in-house electronic product development and strengthening our purchase and vendor-development function.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Vendor Development professional with strong expertise in electronic components, PCB/PCBA, electronic assemblies and vendor development. The candidate will work closely with NPD, Engineering, Quality and Production teams to ensure timely sourcing, competitive pricing and reliable vendor quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of electronic components, PCBs/PCBAs, connectors, sensors, relays, power modules, cables, harnesses and electronic sub-assemblies.
• Identify, evaluate and develop new manufacturers, authorised distributors, EMS and PCB assembly vendors.
• Develop and maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and vendor performance ratings.
• Conduct vendor capability assessments and audits with Quality.
• Develop alternate/second sources for critical components.
• Work with NPD/Engineering on BOM, part availability, lifecycle and obsolescence.
• Handle RFQs, negotiations, comparative statements, POs and delivery expediting through ERP.
• Drive cost reduction, should-cost analysis and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure genuine-part sourcing, traceability, COC/RoHS documentation and counterfeit control.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production and Quality for inspection, rejection, returns and vendor claims.
• Manage import procurement, Incoterms, logistics, customs and forex coordination.
• Monitor component pricing, lead times and supply risks.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Tech in ECE / EEE is mandatory.
• Diploma holders are not eligible.
• 8+ years of experience in electronics purchase and vendor development.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, BOMs, manufacturer part numbers and PCB fabrication/assembly.
• Experience in vendor development, audits, negotiation and cost reduction.
• Working knowledge of ERP/SAP MM and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100, RoHS and component traceability.
• Experience with NPD/prototype-to-production procurement will be an advantage.
• Defence, aerospace, airport, security/surveillance or industrial electronics experience preferred.

Location: Gurugram HQ, with occasional visits to Giloth/Neemrana plant and vendor locations.
