Pultrusion supervisior

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily pultrusion production activities.
• Operate and monitor pultrusion machines and ensure smooth production.
• Set machine parameters such as speed, temperature, resin ratio, and curing conditions.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
• Monitor product quality, dimensions, surface finish, and curing.
• Handle manpower allocation and supervise workers on the shop floor.
• Identify and resolve machine/process-related issues.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and material consumption records.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Production teams.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in FRP/Pultrusion manufacturing.
• Practical knowledge of pultrusion machines, dies, resin systems, and process parameters.
• Good manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field preferred.
