We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Publisher Recruitment Manager to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be the primary engine for growth within our publisher ecosystem, identifying high-potential partners and bringing them into the network to drive performance for our diverse client base.
What You'll Do
- Market Analysis & Opportunity Mapping: Identify gaps within our current publisher mix. You will proactively scout for new partners to fill specific niches across key verticals including Finance, E-commerce, and Travel.
- Pitching & Strategic Acquisition: Act as the face of the brand to potential partners. You will sell the unique value proposition of our platform and ecosystem to high-tier publishers and influencers.
- Commercial Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure competitive commercial terms, ensuring a mutually beneficial and sustainable partnership for both the company and the publisher.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel, from initial outreach and vetting to successful onboarding and initial activation.
What We Expect
- Industry Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or a similar business development role.
- Sales Mindset: A proven track record of pitching complex services and closing deals with a focus on ROI.
- Vertical Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital landscape in India, specifically regarding how publishers operate within the Finance and E-commerce sectors.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with external stakeholders.
- Proximity: This is an on-site role based in our Gurugram office.
