Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Publisher Partnerships Manager. The individual will manage relationships with programmatic publishing partners, foster strategic partnerships, and oversee the performance of publisher accounts. The role involves analyzing data to optimize campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize revenue opportunities. The Manager will take an active role in scaling the partnership ecosystem and delivering measurable results for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in building and managing Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships with programmatic publishers (in-app, CTV)
• Proven skills in Account Management, including maintaining and expanding relationships with stakeholders
• Excellent Analytical Skills to monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising technology, or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
