We're building out our Publisher Partnerships team and looking for a Publisher Executive who gets how the ecosystem works. Publishers, advertisers, traffic, conversions. Someone who is ready to make an impact from day one.

What you'll be doing:

Onboard, activate and grow publisher relationships across verticals

Analyse publisher performance and spot monetisation opportunities

Drive revenue targets through smart deal-making and campaign alignment

Communicate confidently with publishers

Stay ahead of trends in the affiliate and performance marketing space

What you bring:

1 to 3 years in affiliate marketing, on the network, agency, or publisher side

Hands-on experience managing publisher relationships

Strong commercial instinct. You don't wait for opportunities, you create them
