Develop and execute monetization strategies to maximize publisher revenue and overall campaign performance.
Monitor and optimize publisher traffic quality, ensuring compliance with campaign requirements and advertiser expectations.
Manage affiliate partnerships, ad inventory, and publisher performance across multiple digital marketing channels.
Analyze key performance metrics including ROI, CPM, CPC, CPA, CPS, Fill Rate, Yield, Revenue, and Conversion Rates to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery, publisher support, issue resolution, and revenue optimization.
Identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic publisher and partner acquisition
What are we looking for
2+ years of experience in Ad Sales, Digital Sales, Publisher Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, SaaS Sales, CRM Sales, Solution Selling, or Business Development.
Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, affiliate ecosystems, and revenue models.
Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
