Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly execution-focused Ad Operations professional with strong expertise in display and video monetization across Web, App, and CTV. This role is crucial for managing end-to-end publisher onboarding, ad serving setups, troubleshooting, and reporting. You will work across platforms like Google Ad Manager 360 and Aniview, and SSPs such as Google AdX, PubMatic, Magnite, and Xandr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end onboarding of Web, App, and CTV publishers via MCM.
- Set up and manage ad units across display, video, and rich media formats.
- Generate and validate ad tags (GPT, VAST, passbacks, Prebid integrations).
- Ensure successful implementation, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Execute and troubleshoot VAST / VMAP integrations across GAM & Aniview.
- Manage video player setups, ad sources, and demand integrations.
- Support SSAI/CSAI setups and ensure accurate video tracking & delivery.
- Manage full campaign lifecycle: Ad Units → Line Items → Creatives → Targeting.
- Handle integrations with SSPs (AdX, PubMatic, Magnite, Xandr).
- Support programmatic deals (PMP, PG, PD) and basic header bidding setups.
- Independently diagnose and resolve ads.txt / app-ads.txt / seller.json issues, VAST errors, no-fill, delivery gaps, discrepancies.
- Use tools like Google Publisher Console, browser dev tools, and log analysis for troubleshooting.
- Generate and analyze reports (GAM + SSPs): impressions, CPM, CTR, fill rate.
- Build and improve automated reporting workflows for internal and publisher use.
- Act as a support function for Sales and Yield teams for campaign execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal tech and external publishers for issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ad Manager 360 and Aniview or similar.
- Deep understanding of display & video (VAST/VMAP) ad serving ecosystem.
- Experience with SSP integrations (AdX, PubMatic, Magnite, Xandr).
- Strong troubleshooting capability across Web, App, and CTV.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and data analysis.
- 3+ years in Publisher Ad Operations (Web/App/CTV).
Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have:
- Exposure to Header Bidding (Prebid) and OpenRTB.
- Experience with CTV/OTT environments.
- Knowledge of automation tools, scripts, or reporting dashboards.
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and network debugging.
