Public Speaking Facilitator

We are hiring for the morning time slot-

3 AM - 7 AM

4 PM - 11 PM with an hour Break

Responsibilities:

Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online

Ensure that students enjoy the course!

Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.

Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.

Conduct group and private lessons as required.

Provide a fun and creative environment.

Qualifications / Experience required:

Formal education in English and good experience in speaking.

Strong subject knowledge

Relevant working experience (3+ years)

Requirements:

Good English & Hindi Communication Skills

Must have experience in teaching children (Mandatory)

Must have a proper functioning Laptop/Desktop

Must have access to strong internet services

Experience in online teaching

Should be available for classes on Sunday.

Engages students in learning

Passion for making learning fun!

Bachelor's or Master's in English is PREFERRED.

Salary Standard for 3 AM - 7 AM

• 0-25 Sessions : Rs.200/- per session + Rs. 100/- per demo
• 26-60 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
• 61- 80 Sessions: Rs.300/- per session + Rs.150/- per demo
• 81 & above Session: Rs. 350/- per session + Rs. 175/- per demo

You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs/ day

Month 1: 6000 INR

Month 2: 12000 INR

Month 3 and onwards: 18000 INR

Salary structure for Normal Hours slots (4 PM - 9 PM,)

• 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 125/- per session + Rs.75/- per demo
• 25-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
• 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
• 81& above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

Salary structure for Middle East slots (9 PM - 1 AM)

• 1-25 Sessions : Rs. 165/- per session + Rs.80/- per demo
• 25-60 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo
• 61- 80 Sessions: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo
• 81& above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo

You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 6 hrs/ day

Rs: 5500/- for the 1st Month;

Rs 10500/- for the 2nd month;

Rs. 16000/- 3rd month onwards.
