Job Profile / Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the PRO team across the assigned Mumbai territory to achieve referral and engagement targets.
- Plan, execute, and monitor camp-related ground activities, CMEs, doctors meets, centre-oriented activities, and CSR initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with gynaecologists, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing referral networks to drive patient footfall.
- Ensure effective coverage and management of the assigned territory, including daily field activity planning and execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and medical staff) to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.
- Train, guide, and motivate the PRO team to improve productivity and professional conduct.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and brand guidelines in all external interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: Science Graduate / MBA in Marketing (preferred).
- Experience: 23 years of relevant experience in Pharma / Hospitals / Diagnostics, with exposure to field marketing or referrals.
- Prior experience in handling or mentoring a team will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai territory and current healthcare market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple field activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
