This is a full-time, on-site Public Relations Specialist role located in Noida. The Public Relations Specialist will focus on creating and distributing press releases, managing media relations, and developing strategic communications plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include cultivating relationships with journalists, monitoring media coverage, identifying PR opportunities, and managing crisis communication when needed. The role requires collaboration with different teams to align communication efforts with organizational goals and enhance brand visibility and reputation.

• Strong skills in Press Releases and Public Relations, including the ability to craft compelling messages and manage PR campaigns.
• Expertise in Communication and Media Relations to build relationships with media outlets and ensure consistent messaging.
• Proficiency in Strategic Communications to create and execute effective communication plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in public relations or communications, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
