Public Relations Specialist

Experience- 1 to 5 years (Multiple Openings)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Public Relations Specialist role based in Gurugram. The Public Relations Specialist will develop and execute PR strategies, craft press releases and media materials, and maintain strong media relations with journalists, influencers, and other stakeholders. The role involves managing day-to-day communication activities, coordinating interviews and media interactions, monitoring coverage, and preparing reports and insights for clients and internal teams. The specialist will collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across PR, social, and digital channels, and support crisis communication and reputation management when needed.

• Strong relationships with media
• Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Strategic Communications skills.
• Candidates should possess experience in Media Relations and handling Press Releases.
• Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal Communication skills.
• Candidates should possess the ability to plan and execute PR campaigns, including monitoring media coverage and preparing performance reports.
• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with social media platforms, digital PR tools, and basic analytics; agency experience in India is an advantage.
