We are looking for a seasoned professional for the position of an Account Director. The role involves spearheading high-impact mandates across corporate communications leading Corporate brands. This is a strategic leadership role that combines financial understanding, reputation advisory, and stakeholder influence.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Build and nurture a strong network of relevant stakeholders to enhance connect in the corporate and startup sectors

·      Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to build business in our Bengaluru branch

·      Devise and implement short-term and long-term strategies to achieve organisational goals

·      Drive business to achieve set business targets in terms of revenue.

·      Responsible for Key Account Management and client delivery.

·      Lead, mentor and manage a team for public relations activities, manage media queries and effectively interact with the clients

·      Stay updated on PR trends and offer appropriate recommendations to clients for better results

·      Proactively suggest improvements to exceed client expectations by leveraging industry knowledge and experience

·      Plan effective PR events, campaigns, and initiatives

Requirements:

·      Postgraduate in Finance, Mass Communication, or related field

·      8–10+ years of experience in Public relations /Corporate Communications

·      Strong exposure to BFSI or corporate clients

·      Proven experience in stakeholder management and event execution
