Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Public Relations Sales role based in Noida. The Public Relations Sales professional will build and maintain relationships with media partners, clients, and stakeholders to enhance the visibility and reputation of Mavilach Run Media Group's brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing PR-driven sales opportunities, preparing and pitching PR and media packages, coordinating press activities, and tracking campaign performance against sales targets. The role involves drafting and supporting press communications, collaborating with internal teams on integrated PR and sales strategies, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all external touchpoints. The individual will also research market trends, attend client meetings and industry events, and provide regular reports on pipeline, conversions, and relationship-building activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience engaging journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Proficiency in Press Releases and Strategic Communications, including drafting, reviewing, and distributing clear, compelling announcements.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present PR-driven sales proposals and negotiate effectively.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within media, advertising, or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, editorial, and digital strategy.
- Familiarity with digital media, social platforms, and analytics tools to support PR campaigns and sales efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
