The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our public image and fostering positive relationships with the media and the public. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance the company's public image.
• Draft press releases, speeches, and other PR materials to ensure accurate and positive media representation.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media professionals.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities and outcomes.
• Organize and coordinate PR events, press conferences, and promotional activities.
• Respond to public inquiries and handle communication during crisis situations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-8 years of experience in Public Relations or Communications, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in media relations and understanding of media dynamics in India.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
