Key Responsibilities
Website Research & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify websites based on defined personas, niche requirements, and metrics.
- Use tools such as Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Moz, SEMrush, etc., to analyze domain metrics, traffic quality, and audience relevance.
Data Management
- Compile researched opportunities into structured sheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
- Maintain an updated database of publishers with pricing, metrics, contact details, and status.
- Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of all maintained data.
Outreach & Communication
- Conduct email outreach to publishers/webmasters for sponsored guest posts and collaboration opportunities.
- Draft clear and professional communication for initial outreach and follow-ups.
- Manage incoming replies and maintain proper communication logs.
Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate pricing and deliverables with publishers.
- Close deals in alignment with client budgets and campaign goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content submission and publishing timelines.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the PR Manager and SEO/Content teams on campaign requirements.
- Share daily/weekly reports on outreach status, closed websites, and overall performance.
- Follow internal SOPs and maintain transparency throughout the process.
Qualifications
- MBA pass-out or a Graduate in Marketing, PR, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- Smart, quick-thinking, and able to understand personas, niches, and campaign requirements.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in link-building outreach or digital PR.
- Ability to evaluate website quality and relevance using SEO metrics.
- Basic understanding of guest posting, sponsored posts, and SEO.
