About The Role
We are a well-established physiotherapy and sports performance clinic based in Madhapur, Hyderabad — with 23+ years of combined clinical expertise, 25,000+ patients treated. Our services span orthopaedic physiotherapy, sports injury rehab, chiropractic care, women's health, home care, and a dedicated sports performance gym.
We're now looking for an experienced
Public Relations Officer (PRO) to lead our external outreach, partnerships, and community engagement efforts. This is a field-forward, relationship-driven role — ideal for someone who has already built strong networks within Hyderabad's healthcare, fitness, and corporate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Doctor & Hospital Outreach
- Visit clinics and hospitals to introduce and present our physiotherapy services
- Build and maintain referral relationships with orthopaedists, general physicians, sports medicine doctors, and other specialists
- Ensure regular follow-up to sustain referral pipelines
Sports & Fitness Ecosystem
- Engage with sports academies, coaches, and trainers across Hyderabad
- Organize injury prevention camps, free assessment days, and physiotherapy awareness sessions
- Introduce our sports performance unit to gym owners, fitness coaches, and athlete management teams
Corporate Wellness
- Develop and pitch employee wellness programs to HR and admin teams at corporates in Hyderabad
- Propose posture correction sessions, ergonomic assessments, and preventive physiotherapy camps
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of active corporate partnerships
Community & Residential Engagement
- Identify and approach premium residential communities for free physiotherapy camps
- Build sustained relationships with apartment associations and RWAs for repeat engagement
- Organize group exercise and rehabilitation awareness events
Marketing Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain a monthly outreach calendar across all channels (doctors, gyms, corporates, apartments, media)
- Track and manage a lead database from all outreach activities
- Submit structured weekly reports on meetings conducted, events held, and leads generated
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Strong networking ability with a proven track record of building referral channels
- Hands-on experience with corporate wellness or healthcare outreach programs
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Understanding of healthcare branding, event coordination, and marketing activities
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
- 3–4 years of experience in Public Relations, Business Development, or Field Marketing
- Prior experience in hospitals, physiotherapy, fitness, sports management, or wellness sector strongly preferred
- Existing network of doctors, corporate HR contacts, or sports professionals in Hyderabad is a significant advantage
