About The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships, referral networks, community outreach, and business development initiatives for a growing healthcare and wellness organization.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy networking, building meaningful business relationships, creating brand visibility, and driving customer acquisition through partnerships with medical professionals, corporates, fitness centers, sports organizations, and community groups.
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the organization's reach, increasing referrals, and strengthening its presence within the healthcare, fitness, and wellness ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnerships & Referral Development
- Build and nurture relationships with doctors, specialists, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and manage referral channels to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote healthcare and wellness services.
- Maintain strong follow-up processes and long-term professional relationships.
Sports & Fitness Industry Engagement
- Establish partnerships with sports academies, coaches, athletic trainers, and sports organizations.
- Promote injury prevention programs, rehabilitation services, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with gyms, fitness centers, trainers, and wellness professionals.
- Organize awareness sessions, workshops, assessments, and educational programs.
Community Outreach & Awareness Programs
- Identify residential communities and apartment associations for health and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and group wellness activities.
- Build long-term community partnerships for recurring engagement opportunities.
Corporate Wellness Programs
- Develop relationships with HR, administration, and leadership teams across corporate organizations.
- Promote employee wellness programs, health screenings, posture assessments, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
- Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to organizational wellness goals.
- Coordinate and execute workplace wellness events and engagement activities.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Support branding and marketing initiatives through on-ground activations and partnerships.
- Coordinate promotional events, awareness campaigns, and networking activities.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and community programs.
Reporting & Business Tracking
- Maintain a structured database of leads, referrals, partnerships, and outreach activities.
- Track conversions, business opportunities, and engagement outcomes.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports on meetings, events, partnerships, and business development progress.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
