Role Description The Public Relations Manager role at Urbanrise is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and executing PR strategies that strengthen the company's brand and reputation in the real estate market. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and distributing press releases, managing media relations, organizing press conferences and events, and maintaining relationships with journalists and key stakeholders. The Public Relations Manager will monitor media coverage, manage crisis communications, and ensure consistent messaging across channels in collaboration with marketing and leadership teams. The role also involves tracking PR performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to communication strategies.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, including experience building and maintaining relationships with press and industry stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Press Releases and Strategic Communications, including drafting, reviewing, and distributing content aligned with brand objectives.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to internal and external audiences.
• Proven experience in PR or corporate communications, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing abilities, media monitoring and reporting skills, and familiarity with PR tools and platforms.
