Role Description The Public Relations Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves planning and executing PR strategies that enhance Urbanrise's brand visibility and reputation in the real estate market. The Public Relations Manager will draft and distribute press releases, manage media relations, coordinate interviews, and maintain relationships with journalists and key stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include monitoring media coverage, preparing communication materials, developing strategic communications plans, and supporting leadership with talking points and presentations. The role also includes organizing PR events, ensuring consistent messaging across channels, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications

• Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Expertise in Press Releases and Strategic Communications, including drafting, reviewing, and distributing content aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Proven experience in PR or communications roles, preferably within real estate, property development, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with proficiency in basic office and communication tools; familiarity with PR or media monitoring platforms is an advantage.
• Demonstrated capacity to develop data-informed PR strategies and adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
