Public Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic PR and communications plans for luxury fashion, lifestyle, and beauty brands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and HNI networks.
• Drive consistent and high-quality media coverage, features, interviews, product placements, and brand stories.
• Identify relevant media and influencer opportunities aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
• Manage press outreach, media relations, press previews, launches, events, and brand activations.
• Develop compelling press releases, media pitches, talking points, brand narratives, and communication materials.
• Track PR coverage, influencer activity, and campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights.
• Stay updated on luxury industry trends, media landscapes, cultural conversations, and emerging influencers/KOLs.
• Manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of execution and attention to detail.

Candidate Profile

• 4–5 years of experience in Public Relations/Communications, preferably within a PR agency environment.
• Strong experience working with luxury brands, particularly across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or adjacent premium categories.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and brand narratives effectively.
• Strong existing relationships with press, journalists, editors, influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and HNI networks.
• Strong understanding of the luxury consumer, premium brand positioning, and the nuances of luxury communications.
• Excellent networking, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
