Lakshya Venture is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as Public Relations Interns and gain hands-on experience in customer interaction and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails & chats.
• Resolve complaints and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain records.
• Build professional customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing exceptional customer experiences

Internship Details:

• Duration: 93 Days (including 6 days of training)
• Mode: Work From Home
• Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday
• Hours: 3 flexible hours/day
• Stipend: Unpaid
