A Communications agency is hiring for the profile of Public Relations Executive/ Manager.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2-5 years

Verticals: Corporate/ Educations/ Lifestyle/ Entertainment/ BFSI

Responsibilities:

Liaising on a daily basis with clients and the media

Supporting the senior team members in day-to-day activities

Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites, and blogs, for opportunities for clients

An individual who can review, monitor, and overlook reports, prepare reviews, and collate, analyze, and evaluate media coverage

Strategizing the quarterly/ monthly plans

Researching, writing, and distributing press releases to targeted media

Promoting news stories and features to the media

Collating, analyzing, and evaluating media coverage

Maintaining a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and making appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them

Managing the PR aspect of a possible crisis situation

Building and maintaining an effective client-agency relationship

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good Media Relations

Good knowledge of contemporary media and its operations

Strong working knowledge of broad economic trends and news

Effective influencing, negotiating, and conflict management skills
