Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Public Relations Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies that align with our company's goals, enhance our reputation, and foster meaningful relationships with media, stakeholders, and the public.
Responsibilities:
- Devise creative public relations strategies that align with the company's profile and objectives
- Develop and implement effective PR plans using appropriate strategies and tactics
- Organize and coordinate PR activities to support brand awareness and reputation management
- Use a variety of channels (TV, press, internet, social media, etc.) to maximize company exposure
- Liaise with marketing professionals to ensure consistency in promoting the corporate image
- Arrange interviews, media appearances, or public speaking engagements and write press releases
- Advise the company on handling sensitive public issues to maintain and enhance reputation
- Identify and assess opportunities for sponsorships and partnerships, and manage those relationships
- Analyze the results of PR campaigns and prepare comprehensive performance reports
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Executive or in a similar PR role
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing effective PR campaigns across multiple channels
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident and engaging public speaker
- Strong relationship-building skills with media, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Creative mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving and campaign execution
- BSc/BA in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
