About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated PR Business Development Manager who can help founders,

entrepreneurs, and CXOs build a strong digital presence. This role involves selling personal branding packages and managing client relationships to help position them as industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to founders, entrepreneurs, and CXOs to pitch personal branding services.

Understand client requirements and curate suitable branding solutions.

Sell personal branding packages that include LinkedIn growth, content strategy, PR visibility, digital

positioning, etc.

Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing deals.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Collaborate with the content and PR Operations teams to deliver promised services.

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain proper records of leads, pitches, conversions, and follow-ups.

Stay updated on media trends, PR opportunities, and industry movements.

Skills & Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in sales (digital marketing, branding, PR, or B2B preferred).

Must have prior relevant experience as an individual contributor.

Must have worked in a target-based sales structure.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Understanding of personal branding, LinkedIn, and digital visibility.

Ability to sell to founders, CXOs, and senior professionals.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in closing deals.

Strong relationship-building capabilities.
