Responsibilities and Duties

• Monitor and track media coverage; analyse trends and identify opportunities for client visibility
• Coordinate with journalists and reporters to secure and manage client coverage
• Draft and distribute press releases and other media materials
• Prepare client updates, reports, and monthly activity plans
• Build, maintain, and regularly update media lists and databases
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of PR events and campaigns
• Contribute actively to the agency's overall PR strategy and client deliverables

Required Skills & Qualification

• Graduate, preferably with a background in Finance, Economics, or Mass Communications (BBI, B.Sc. Finance, B.Sc. Economics, or equivalent)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to build a long-term career in PR
• Prior experience in BFSI, Fintech, or IT Startups is an advantage
• Candidates available to join immediately are preferred
