We are seeking an Accountant / Accounts Executive to handle routine accounting activities, statutory compliance support, and financial documentation. The role involves assisting with daily finance operations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams and associates.

Designation: Accountant/Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations:

* Record sales and purchase entries, cash and bank vouchers.

* Maintain ledgers and assist with general bookkeeping.

* Perform bank reconciliation statements.

Taxation & Compliance Support:

* Assist with GST calculation, filing, and returns.

* Support TDS calculation, returns, and Income Tax filings.

* Coordinate for PF, PT, and statutory compliance requirements.

Billing & Finance Support:

* Prepare invoices and manage billing processes.

* Assist in MIS preparation, attendance tracking, and salary computation.

* Track accounts payable and receivable.

Documentation & Reporting:

* Maintain financial records and supporting documents.

* Prepare basic reports, charts, and summaries as required.

* Assist in payment processing and expense tracking.

Coordination & Communication:

* Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and associate networks.

* Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication for finance-related tasks.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

* Up to 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

* Experience in a service industry or consulting firm is preferred.

* Working knowledge of Tally Accounting Software.

* Basic understanding of GST, TDS, PF, PT, and Income Tax.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

* Good analytical and communication skills.

Education

* UG: B.Com (Commerce)

* PG (Preferred): M.Com / CA (Pursuing)
