Public Relations Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager (10+ Years)
Location: New Delhi
Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned PR professional with over 10 years of experience to lead the establishment and growth of our new Public Relations wing. This senior leader will work directly with our collaborative partners and directors to drive high-level strategy, manage complex client narratives, and oversee the successful execution of 360-degree PR campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
-Strategic Leadership: Lead the development of comprehensive communication strategies across traditional and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
-New Business Development: Partner with Directors to identify and secure new business opportunities, leading the PR-specific components of client pitches and proposals.
-High-Level Media Relations: Leverage deep industry connections to secure high-value media placements and provide senior-level counsel on media trends and reputation management.
-Operational Oversight: Oversee multiple client accounts to ensure quality standards, budget adherence, and the timely delivery of all PR milestones.
-Team Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development to junior staff.
Qualifications:
-Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, PR, or Journalism.
-10+ years of hands-on experience in a PR agency environment, with a proven track record of managing large-scale client accounts.
