Job Description

The role will be part of our client servicing team, working closely across key accounts and integrated communication mandates. We are looking for an individual with a strong interest in PR, a basic understanding of media dynamics, and the ability to contribute to fast-paced, high-impact campaigns.

In this role, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day execution of client activities under the guidance of senior team members. This includes supporting media outreach, content development, coordination across teams, and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing PR initiatives.

You will also play a key role in supporting client relationships and integrated communication programs—contributing towards delivering consistent, high-quality output and driving overall client satisfaction. The role requires adaptability, ownership, and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic agency environment.

What You'll Do

Client Servicing & Account Management

  • Stay consistently updated on client businesses, industry trends, and competitive landscapes through ongoing research and media tracking.
  • Actively participate in client calls and internal brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and demonstrating a clear understanding of campaign objectives.
  • Support seamless day-to-day execution across accounts, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks are met.

Content & Communication

  • Draft high-quality client-facing documents with minimal supervision, including:
  • Status reports
  • Campaign summaries
  • Media pitches and press materials
  • Contribute to storytelling and content development aligned with client narratives and PR objectives.

Media Relations

  • Develop a strong understanding of the media landscape across sectors.
  • Build and maintain media lists tailored to client requirements.
  • Support media outreach and begin building relationships with journalists and relevant stakeholders.

Campaign Execution

  • Assist in the development of press materials and coordination of media interactions and events.
  • Support integrated communication efforts across PR, digital, and influencer channels where relevant.

Digital & Influencer Awareness

  • Stay updated on social media and digital trends.
  • Identify and support engagement with relevant influencers and communities to enhance campaign reach.

Tools & Innovation

  • Leverage research, measurement frameworks, and reporting tools to track PR outcomes.
  • Demonstrate working familiarity with Generative AI tools across:
  • Research
  • Ideation
  • Content creation
  • Day-to-day execution

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Public Relations
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in PR, Mass Communication, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of media relations and PR fundamentals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
