Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Service Order Management

  • Create and manage service orders, plan travel/labor, manage spare parts logistics, and coordinate external service procurement.

Contract Management

  • Develop and manage service contracts including SLA agreements, pricing, and warranty terms.

Service Request Management

  • Efficiently handle service requests from initial intake to resolution.

Billing and Invoicing

  • Ensure accurate and timely billing of service activities and contracts.

Integration with ERP Modules

  • Integrate service operations with Order Management, MRP, Inventory, Logistics, and Finance.

Customer Service Integration

  • Improve service capabilities through SAP Customer Service integration.

Real-time Data & Analytics

  • Utilize real-time data for better decision-making and operational efficiency.

Service Business Transformation & Digitalization

  • Support outcome-based service models, measure customer success, and embrace digitalization to drive innovation and new revenue streams.
