Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled PTG Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in IBM Sterling OMS Admin and Sterling OMS. The role involves developing maintaining and optimizing order management solutions in a hybrid work model. The candidate will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and delivering impactful solutions for our global clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IBM Sterling OMS solutions to ensure seamless order management processes for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and optimize Sterling OMS configurations to meet business needs and improve system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Sterling OMS to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Conduct regular system analysis and provide recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
- Create and maintain documentation for Sterling OMS configurations workflows and processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on Sterling OMS functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development activities.
- Test and validate system changes to ensure accuracy and reliability of implemented solutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of Sterling OMS solutions before deployment.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure adherence to development guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IBM Sterling OMS to continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS Admin with hands-on experience in system configurations and workflows.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Sterling OMS with a solid understanding of its architecture and functionalities.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in developing and maintaining order management systems.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Showcase strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with emerging technologies in the OMS domain.
- Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
- Experience in hybrid work environments is preferred with the ability to manage tasks both remotely and on-site.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools for project management is a nice-to-have skill.
