Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Pterodactyl Panel Manager. The Pterodactyl Panel Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Pterodactyl panel, configuring and troubleshooting server issues, monitoring server performance, and ensuring optimal uptime. Additionally, the role involves customizing server settings, providing technical support to users, and working closely with the development team to implement new features and updates.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing Pterodactyl panels, server configuration, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in monitoring server performance and ensuring optimal uptime
• Skills in customization of server settings and delivering technical support
• Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of scripting and automation tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
