Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize FlexPLM modules including:
    • Line Planning
    • Bill of Materials (BOM)
    • Costing
    • Sourcing
  • Develop customizations using SSPs, CSPs, and JSP overrides.
  • Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, CMS, and OMS using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Support data migration activities from legacy systems into FlexPLM.
  • Configure workflows, lifecycles, business rules, and access controls.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in unit testing, SIT, and UAT cycles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in PTC FlexPLM development within Retail PLM environments.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • SSPs
    • CSPs
    • JSP Overrides
  • Proficiency in Java (Java 8+).
  • Strong understanding of FlexPLM configuration including:
    • Types
    • Attributes
    • Workflows
    • Lifecycles
    • Data models
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web service integrations.
  • Good SQL knowledge (Oracle or SQL Server).
  • Domain exposure to Retail, Apparel, or Fashion industry.
  • Functional knowledge of at least two FlexPLM modules such as:
    • Line Planning
    • BOM
    • Sourcing
    • Costing
    • Merchandising
Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with data migration using OOTB/custom loaders and bulk loading tools.
  • Exposure to FlexPLM upgrades and enhancements.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or jQuery.
  • Familiarity with AWS services including S3, EC2, and Lambda.
  • Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
  • Exposure to Windchill APIs and Info*Engine.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
