Job Description
- Regional responsible for defining and implementing PT training concepts and needs based on i) PT training concept, ii) PT G2M, iii) BU innovation roadmap
- Coordinate regional training content needs and materials (online and offline); steer local PT trainers
- Organize, implement and coordinate PT skill-, product and application trainings and events for internal and external PT audiences within the region
Qualifications
Engineer with 7-8 years relevant experience

- Expert in training management, organizing the regional needs for training and demonstration
- Lead training concept implementation, online and offline
- Ensure PT skill and -product training concepts are applicable and properly implemented within the region and countries
- Set agenda and content for internal/external PT trainings based on marketing strategy and G2M roadmap; support regional event (incl. influencer topics)
- Steer and coordinate local training functions in the CSOs to ensure functional excellence and reach of training KPIs
- Prepare and adapt training materials, determine course content according to the audience and objectives
- Coordinate and assists in visits to central training facilities and factory visits
- Feedback and make improvements to the training programs
- Documentation and reporting – attendance, evaluation of trainings
- Make recommendations to improve trainings (evaluation, content, etc)
