PT LINE & PAINT SHOP SUPERVISOR

Looking for Supervisor for our Automated Phosphating (PT) Line and Conveyourised Liquid Painting Line for our Bicycle Plant in Kharagpur.

Responsibilities

Supervise 9-tank phosphating process (chemical bath monitoring, PLC transporter operation)

· Manage liquid painting (spray booths, paint mixing, curing oven, quality inspection)

· Lead team of operators; ensure safety and production targets

· Maintain quality, uptime, and chemical/paint inventory

Qualifications

Diploma/B.E. in Mech/Chem/Production Engineering

· 4–6 years experience in phosphating & industrial painting

· Bicycle/Automotive industry preferred

· Knowledge of PLC systems, conveyorized painting, paint defect analysis
