Role Overview

We're looking for empathetic, qualified, and driven therapists to join our growing clinical network. In this hybrid role, you'll deliver both online and in-person therapy sessions across up to three Allo Health clinic locations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring consistent, high-quality care while actively contributing to a future where sexual wellness and therapy are seamlessly integrated.

We're seeking individuals who not only deliver effective therapy but also deeply understand the need for it within the field of sexual medicine—therapists who take ownership of their work, advocate for the power of therapy, and thrive in high-performing, evolving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions (online and in-person) across up to 3 assigned clinics.
• Maintain a minimum of 88 hours/month and up to 100 hours/month, including mandatory weekend availability.
• Offer care in accordance with Allo's structured training, therapy protocols, and clinical guidelines.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and periodic quality audits by Allo's Clinical Excellence team.
• Collaborate with care coordinators for patient scheduling, communication, and care continuity.
• Uphold Allo's commitment to privacy, telehealth compliance, and ethical clinical standards.

Therapist Matching & Engagement

• Patients may be matched via an algorithm or direct selection, based on presenting concerns, language preference, availability, and therapy approach.
• Therapists are expected to maintain high engagement, session completion rates, and therapeutic continuity.

Performance Evaluation

Ongoing therapist performance will be assessed through:

• Patient satisfaction scores (NPS & direct feedback)
• Clinical audit outcomes
• Session engagement and retention metrics

Payout & Benefits

• Guaranteed payout scheme with revenue-share incentives for high-performing therapists
• Average earning Potential (25-30K).
• MBG: 18k.
• Travel reimbursement for in-clinic travel >8 km (upon submission of proof)
• Verified therapist profile visibility on Allo's platform

Eligibility & Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Psychology – Counseling or Clinical Psychology
• Freshers can Apply.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional local language fluency is strongly preferred).
• Willingness to travel to up to 3 assigned clinic locations as needed.
• Working Hours: 10-2pm &/or 4-8pm. Schedules will be set one month in advance based on the roster.
• Comfort with a hybrid care model (online + in-clinic)
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to ethical practice

Therapists may be eligible for tier upgrades within Allo's evolving Marketplace system, based on patient feedback, clinical performance, and adherence to protocol.
