We're a rapidly growing EdTech company that is revolutionizing the way children learn leadership skills and life skills online. We're looking for a psychologist to join our team in Chennai and help us develop and implement our #positivity educational programs.

This is a full-time, in-office position. We do not offer remote work options.

In this role, you will:

Work with our team to develop and implement educational programs that are both effective and engaging

Use your business development skills to identify and secure partnerships with schools globally

Use social media by self and through freelancers to promote our programs and reach a wider audience 

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in education, technology and psychology

Contribute to the development of management strategies for the team

We're looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Master's degree in psychology

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for education and making a difference in the world

Orientation towards management roles

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Psychology with Business Development Intern, based in Chennai, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in developing and implementing psychology-based educational programs and mental health initiatives. Key responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, supporting educational strategy design, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and contributing to business growth initiatives. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the impact of MiTran Global's services.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Psychology, with knowledge of psychological testing and mental health concepts
• Skills in education-related initiatives, particularly in supporting K-12 students, teachers, and parents
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and teams
• Ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment, staying adaptive and self-motivated
• Experience in counseling or coaching roles is a plus
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields
• This is 3 Months Internship
