Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Empower students to discover and express their authentic voice through psychology-based guidance and mentoring.
- Train students from Classes 3 to 12 in soft skills, spoken English, confidence-building, emotional intelligence, and real-world communication.
- Deliver engaging, high-energy training sessions that motivate students and sustain their interest in personal growth.
- Conduct developmental and skill-building workshops for teachers and parents to strengthen the school's support ecosystem.
- Lead community awareness programs that promote mental well-being and psychological resilience within and around the school.
- Maintain structured documentation, assessment reports, and detailed student progress records for continuous monitoring.
- Collaborate with school staff, counsellors, and administrators to build a psychologically healthy and expressive student community.
