Psychology Intern

The setup:

• 100% work from home, anywhere in India

• No fixed hours, 2 hrs or 8 hrs, your call, also we strictly don't work on sat-sun and on holidays

• What matters: the day's tasks get done, and done well

• 3-month internship, PPO on strong performance

What you'll do:

• Read Suman AI's replies in test conversations (never real users chats) and flag where it gets tone, safety or psychology wrong

• Test the app's tools, like breathing exercises, mood check-ins, gratitude journal, etc and suggest evidence-based ways to make them better

• Turn assessment results (PHQ-9, GAD-7 and more) into words a worried person actually understands

• Fact-check content: no myths, no cure claims, safe messaging around suicide

• Help with user research: find out where Suman helps, and where it falls short

You bring:

• Pursuing or completed a BA, MA, MSc or PhD in Psychology (clinical, counselling or related)

• A solid grip on the basics: common conditions, CBT principles, ethics of care

• Clear writing in English

• Curiosity about AI and mental health tech (no coding needed)

• Discipline to deliver without anyone checking in every hour
