Role Overview

-Key Responsibilities

• Teach core psychology and counseling-related subjects

• Deliver interactive and experiential learning sessions

• Conduct case discussions and skill-based activities

• Support students in academic clarity and conceptual understanding

• Assist in supervision coordination and documentation

• Contribute to curriculum planning and structured lesson delivery

• Maintain academic rigor and ethical standards

-Eligibility Criteria

• Master's Degree in Psychology (Mandatory)

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in teaching or mental health practice preferred

• Practical exposure in counseling or mental health field is an advantage

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to mentor and guide students professionally
