Requirements

Masters in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology
Strong clinical and counselling skills
Experience in assessment, case management and therapy planning
Experience with suicide risk, trauma-informed modalities a plus
Excellent communication and training delivery skills
Strong documentation and reporting abilities
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines
Stakeholder coordination and operational management skills
Willingness to travel and work in field-based settings

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and counselling services as per project requirements
Conduct clinical screening for SRPF personnel and prepare detailed reports
Manage client intake, assessment and caseloads involving short-term and long-term mental health concerns
Develop, implement and review individualized care plans
Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports
Prepare and submit clinical session notes on a weekly basis
Develop and customize content for workshops, webinars and training sessions
Conduct mental health awareness sessions and training for officers, personnel and families
Manage end-to-end planning, scheduling and delivery of services and activities
Support overall project implementation and participate in meetings

FOCUS: Support mental well-being of SRPF personnel through clinical services, outreach and awareness
