Psychologist (Clinical / Counselling Specialisation)

Reflect Within - Centre for Psychological & Emotional Well-being is looking for a grounded, curious, and committed psychologist to join our team.

We are a collaborative practice working across age groups, offering thoughtful, client-centered care rooted in depth, reflection, and clinical integrity.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kandivali East, Mumbai.

As part of our team, you will:

• Provide psychological therapy and support across age groups (children to adults)

• Conduct psychological assessments and testing

• Engage in case conceptualisation and intervention planning

• Conduct workshops and psycho-educational sessions

• Work within a multidisciplinary team, including opportunities to supervise and be supervised

• Consistent clinical supervision and in-depth case discussions

• A safe, reflective space to think, question, and grow as a therapist

• Exposure to diverse clinical cases across age groups

• Opportunities to contribute to workshops, programs, and evolving mental health initiatives

• A work environment that values learning, depth, and ethical practice over volume

We hold a space that is non-judgmental, reflective, and growth-oriented, where supervision, open dialogue, and continuous learning are part of everyday practice.

• BA/BSc in Psychology + Master's in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (Regular Coursework only)

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant clinical/counselling experience

• Experience working across age groups (children, adolescents, adults)

• Strong experience and interest in psychological assessments and testing

• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and emotional attunement

• Clear communication and documentation abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Candidates residing between Andheri to Dahisar preferred (ease of commute)
