Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an RCI-certified Psychologist. The Psychologist will assess, diagnose, and implement therapy plans for children with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include conducting psychological evaluations, offering counseling to children and their families, developing intervention strategies tailored to each child's needs, and working collaboratively with therapeutic teams to enhance mental health and overall well-being.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Psychology and Psychological Assessment
- Proficiency in Mental Health Counseling and therapeutic practices
- Familiarity with medical aspects related to developmental disabilities
- Registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with children and their families
- Ability to develop tailored intervention and therapy plans based on individual child needs
