Job Title: Onsite Psychologist (Full-Time) With 4 years of experience

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (5 Locations)

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Work Hours: 10:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Onsite Psychologist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide individual counseling services, conduct wellness activities, and promote mental health awareness through various initiatives across 5 corporate locations in Viman Nagar.

Key Responsibilities:

Be physically present at all 5 designated locations in Viman Nagar on a rotational basis, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Conduct confidential one-on-one counseling sessions for employees.

Facilitate webinars, seminars, and mental health awareness programs.

Organize and execute floor engagement activities to promote emotional well-being.

Perform regular floor walks to engage with employees and offer psychological support proactively.

Maintain timely documentation, feedback, and reports as required.

Collaborate with HR/Wellness team on mental health-related initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology is mandatory.

Master's degree with a specialization in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or any relevant psychological field is required.

Additional training or certification in therapeutic modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy), or DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is highly preferred.

Proven experience in conducting individual therapy and corporate mental health programs.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

Empathetic, approachable, and a proactive team player.
