Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our learners, focusing on improving their critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills. This role requires a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to customize training programs to meet the unique needs of each learner.

Requirements

1. Ability to build trust, connect empathetically, and guide clients toward self-awareness and resilience

2. Expertise in active listening, motivational interviewing, and conflict resolution techniques

3. Adaptability & continuous learning

4. Skilled at personalizing approaches to fit diverse personalities and challenges

5. Eager to stay updated on new research, tools, and methods in psychology

6. Willingness to work closely with Kapable's trainers, coaches, and other stakeholders

7. Openness to exchanging insights and best practices to enrich the overall learning ecosystem
