Position: Psychologist – Mind & Emotional Performance Program

Location: Sector 61, Gurugram (India)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

IMWOW Private Limited is launching a structured consulting program focused on helping individuals manage overthinking, stress, mild anxiety (non-clinical), low confidence, negative self-talk, and emotional regulation challenges. This is a growth-focused psychological consulting role and not a psychiatric or crisis-care position. The role requires application of evidence-based methods in a practical, structured, and solution-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly 1:1 client sessions (30–45 minutes)
  • Help clients identify and reframe negative thinking patterns
  • Build healthier cognitive frameworks
  • Strengthen client confidence and self-image
  • Improve emotional regulation and resilience
  • Develop practical behavioural strategies for daily implementation
  • Follow structured session formats and program guidelines
  • Track and document client progress regularly
  • Maintain professional boundaries and defined scope of practice
  • Identify and escalate red-flag cases as per internal protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied Psychology preferred)
  • 2–5+ years of experience working with adult clients
  • Strong understanding of cognitive restructuring and CBT-based tools
  • Experience with emotional regulation techniques
  • Experience in behavioural habit change models
  • Familiarity with mindfulness-based approaches
  • Exposure to solution-focused therapy methods

Exposure to evidence-based psychological frameworks (e.g., CBT, behavioural change models, emotional regulation approaches, mindfulness-based methods, or solution-focused techniques) preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable applying psychological concepts in structured, non-clinical consulting settings.
