Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Psychologist cum Ops executive role based at MG Road, Bengaluru MG Road Responsibilities include handling operations online and offline, providing counseling sessions, and supporting patients with mental health concerns. The psychologist will work closely with the team and the medical professionals to deliver comprehensive care, maintain detailed records, and ensure confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Psychology or related streams.
• Experience : 0 to 3 yrs. Freshers welcome to apply.
• Skilled in Counseling to provide guidance and emotional support tailored to individual needs
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards
• Prior clinical experience in a similar role is advantageous
