Psychological Counselor

Responsibility:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment programs.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in psychological counseling.

Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in psychological counseling or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with psychological assessment tools and techniques.
