About the Role
We are looking for a Psychiatry Expert (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on mental health, psychiatry, clinical reasoning, psychological assessment, behavioral science, and healthcare-related AI systems.
In this role, you will work closely with AI-generated medical content, psychiatric case analyses, diagnostic reasoning, treatment recommendations, and mental health-related outputs to help improve the accuracy, safety, and clinical reliability of modern AI systems.
Your expertise will contribute to enhancing AI technologies used in healthcare applications, mental health support systems, clinical decision-support tools, medical education platforms, and next-generation healthcare AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, annotate, and review AI-generated psychiatric and mental health-related content
- Assess AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, relevance, safety, ethical considerations, and adherence to evidence-based psychiatric practices
- Review psychiatric case studies, diagnostic reasoning, treatment approaches, and mental health assessments generated by AI systems
- Identify inaccuracies, biases, hallucinations, unsafe recommendations, and areas requiring clinical improvement
- Create domain-specific evaluation tasks, clinical scenarios, and psychiatric assessment frameworks
- Contribute expertise in psychiatric disorders, behavioral health, psychopharmacology, and mental health interventions
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve consistency, quality, and clinical rigor
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning and performance in psychiatry-related contexts
- Support the development and evaluation of healthcare-focused AI models and applications
- Ensure content aligns with current psychiatric guidelines, ethical standards, and evidence-based clinical practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS) with specialization in Psychiatry (MD/DNB Psychiatry) or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders, diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical management
- Experience in mental health assessment, psychiatric evaluations, and evidence-based treatment approaches
- Familiarity with diagnostic frameworks such as DSM-5, ICD-10, or ICD-11
- Understanding of psychopharmacology, psychotherapy modalities, and behavioral interventions
- Ability to critically analyze complex clinical scenarios and provide detailed, structured feedback
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), healthcare technology, or AI evaluation workflows is a plus
- Prior experience in medical writing, clinical research, healthcare education, or content review is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
